From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere captivated me with its beautiful decor - a perfect blend of elegance and comfort. The real stars of the evening, however, were our host and hostesses, Jaime and Nick. Their attentive service, warm smiles, and expert knowledge of the menu made our experience truly memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, making us feel like VIPs throughout the night. Now, let’s talk about the food - it was divine! Every dish was a culinary masterpiece, bursting with flavors that tantalized my taste buds. The chefs at PrimeHouse clearly know their craft and take great pride in their creations. Another noteworthy aspect was the parking facility. It was conveniently located and spacious, making the start and end of our dining experience hassle-free. In conclusion, PrimeHouse in Garden City is a must-visit. Whether it’s for a special occasion or just a casual night out, it promises an exceptional dining experience with fabulous food, top-notch service, and a delightful ambiance. My husband and I had our son’s 1st Birthday/Baptism celebration dinner this past Sunday evening at Primehouse in their private room downstairs. About 35 of us (adults and kids) were seated across 4 tables of 10 very comfortably. We had our own private bar, elevator, sound system, TV screen, and 2 bathrooms. Tara, the manager, was beyond amazing from the first time that we went to check the room and catering menu out until the end of our party. The staff, Jose and Louise, who helped out during the party were phenomenal. I couldn’t stop thanking them because they were all just so accommodating and helpful to my guests and I. We chose the Platinum Palate Dinner option from the catering menu along with 2 sushi boats. The food train didn’t stop! My guests were beyond full (in the best way!) from all the goodies that just kept coming out lol! Food was hot, sushi was fresh, just all around delicious from start to finish. My guests couldn’t stop raving about how amazing the food is and how wonderful the staff was. The private room was literally a VIBE. Tables decorated beautifully, atmosphere and music on point. My guests and I had a wonder evening, thank you Primehouse!!! We will definitely be back!

Decent steakhouse located in Long Island. The clientele is very rude, some broke guy and his girlfriend skipped the entire line when checking in. It’s very loud in the restaurant, sounds like a high school cafeteria. It took 30 minutes to just get water for the table after being seated. Very slow service. The food was decent, nothing special. The porterhouse for two was not that good, but the bone in rib-eye was actually surprisingly flavorful and juicy. The lobster bisque soup was full of salt. The Spanish octopus, creamed spinach, fries and oysters were decent. I spent about $500 because I tried multiple items and it wasn’t worth it in my opinion. The inside and outside of the location look very nice but sadly it’s hard to enjoy when it sounds like a frat house and some of the kids there act like it is. Peter Luger, Ruth’s Chris, Prime 1024 are all nearby options with better food, ambience and value. I tried Primehouse because I been to most of the best steakhouses in NY already and wanted to try something difference. Sadly, Primehouse is not at the level even though the price is about the same as those top tier steakhouses.
